Default X-Files: Fight The Future / I Want To Believe
David Duchovny recently interviewed creator Chris Carter on David’s pod cast (“Fail Better”). Near the end, CC stated he was given the go ahead to produce a director’s cut of the second film I Want To Believe.

CC elaborated that he was forced to make many cuts to keep the theatrical rating in US to PG-13, but now is his chance to restore it.

If this is completed, hopefully it is not limited to streaming services and the folks at Disney will release it and the first film on 4k.

I’ve never liked second film but would gladly watch extended cut. Love the first film.
