He was good in the Cosby Show as the son. I think he was on Different World too. I forget.
I wonder if it was a rip current, or if he was in the ocean for why he drown. Sharks and rip currents are two reasons to avoid swimming in the ocean. Brain eating ameba parasites are the reason to not swim in lakes or ponds (or accidentally flush tap water into the nose).

It seems weird that he has done a lot of TV series and a few TV movies but not much in the way of regular movies.

Always loved him on The Cosby Show, which remains one of my all-time favorite series, despite the lead actor being a rapist creep.

I will never forget the episode, probably from Season 1 in 1984, when Theo's voice is still cracking. It's this thing where he wants to move out of the Cosby house and forgets to account for food in his budget.

may he RIP.

It's terrible also because he was on vacation, just looking to spend time with his family. But that's how some tragedies happen. Whether it's a ride, an alligator beach, or swimming in the ocean.

"On July 21, 2025, the Judicial Investigation Agency confirmed Warner had been caught in a strong current. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and the official cause of death—accidental asphyxia by submersion (drowning)—was confirmed following the completion of his autopsy on July 22."

Best not to swim too far out in any ocean or even lake. Or wear a life-preserver vest.
