Maybe I missed something (don't come thru here as often as I used to), but this sounds like Disney & Amazon must have resolved their spat that kept most Disney preorders away from Amazon for years.

The 4K is so cheap compared to most of their back catalog stuff weirdly.

No they haven't or at least not that I've seen.

Disney preorders have often gone up during the feud, they just tend to not last longer than a few days (or less than a day sometimes for popular titles) and still getting delivery after release has been spotty. Even after release many of the titles are relegated to Prime Only.
So far (as expected), it really hasn't seemed to make a difference to Disney since it's far too easy to order or pick up most titles from dozens of other sources.

Walked into my local Pick N Save (Kroeger owned) grocery store this morning to see 4 copies of the regular BD pack sitting on a cardboard stand along with Aladdin (live remake), Dumbo (live remake) and Sleeping Beauty (tomorrow's Signature Collection release), all marked $24.99. I know this doesn't come out until the 8th and I have been dying to rewatch it. Figured I'd try and buy it and when my 4K copy comes in two weeks, I'll give this pack to my nephew.

Of course, the register blocks me from buying it because its not the release date and the cashier lady went into a tizzy because it was put out 2 weeks early.

What a cock block.

This is the softest and fuzzy Toy Story i've seen on bluray.

Sometimes i wish the independents could take over the major studios big movies. It's clear they're not doing as a good a job as they used too.
