Does anyone have any knowledge about when this film may be coming to the U.S.?
Has if been released in Europe?

Sci-Fi, Communism, Exploration. I am really intrigued by this.
Stoya was the hook, But I have enough of her on film, so that isn't the draw. {O.K., Not as much of a draw. I am a guy after all}.

There is a number of reviews out already, it will probably play some more festivals before going VOD in the states if i were to guess.

Grindstone will reléase through its Lionsgate Home Entertainment release in March 2019.

Why the delay?

Looks like the title of this has changed to A.I. Rising. IMDb lists a US release date of March 12.

PRE-ORDER @ DEEP DISCOUNT
Evidently only physical DVD and digital. That's a bit disappointing. I don't have 4k but a a standard 1080p BluDisc would have been nice.
Hopefully the dvd will have a digital download code in HD.
