Google Play Redemption Error - Blu-ray Forum

I'm getting error code BX-INV when I try to redeem Avengers Infinity War in Google Play. It pulls up the "Add to library" lightbox but then displays an error saying "Error redeeming code. Error code BX-INV"

There are others having issues on a google play forum. Has anyone been experiencing issues today here?

I had this same error last night redeeming a Divergent code. Searching for it turned up nothing. :/

see some other people reporting the issue with redeeming avengers inf war on google play too.

I got the same error but it did in fact redeem and immediatly populated over to iTunes, VUDU and Amazon.

I got this redeeming Deadpool 2 tonight, but yes when I looked it was in my library and ported out to MA

Google had a a digital inventory issue (system saying they had no inventory to redeem), they should have it taken care of now

Just had another code do the "BK-INV" error tonight:
Toy Story That Time Forgot googleplay redeem error "BK-INV" on 03/05/19

No idea if its a title specific inventory issue or a glitch GP was having tonight.

I've had similar redeeming errors. Check your library it might be in there even with GP calling it an error.

Any fix for this...major pain as unable to redeem anything on google play currently.

I just got a "BK-INV" error redeeming a GP code for Mulan a couple days ago in the Google Play Store. Immediately after, I checked my Google Play Movies and TV app and Mulan was on the top of my library.

appears to be fixed and working again as of 03/14/19.

if you have recently gotten a "BK-INV" error while using googleplay, attempt to redeem your code again on the same account.
