The US release of this has already generated some 'lively' discussion, but the UK release has finally started to go up for pre-order. Released on 7 October..

Important things to be aware of.

1. They've gone back to the original 16mm negatives and rebuilt it from the ground up.
2. It's the original TV edit. This is exactly what was released in the UK on DVD. In fact, it's exactly what's been released everywhere except for one US DVD release from Artisan.
3. It's on one disc. And as it's 4:3 that's not as much of an issue as it might otherwise be.
4. It contains the original 'making of' featurette and commentary from the Artisan DVD. Neither of them were on the UK DVD releases.
