Default What is the most you have paid for a 4K movie

Hi all. I have noticed some extremely high prices on some 4K discs, and wondered who is paying those rediculous prices. For example, here in Canada, Road House is over $50, and The Shining goes for over $40.
I refuse to pay that much for a movie. It got me wondering how much was the most expensive disc you have bought. For me, I rarely pay full retail, opting to wait until prices drop or there is a sale. I think my most expensive movie cost me about $30.00 (Knives Out, shortly after it was released).

Around $35 for Ebola Syndrome and Miami Connection. Not that surprising being from Vin Syn though.

Just over $50 for True Romance UK LE when it came out. Couldn't wait or hope for a US version that would've saved me half that, but I got that "Cadillac Man" feature the US didn't!

Was really a no-brainer as it's probably my favorite movie (top 5 any day you ask) and the old BD sucked.

Also the LE Dawn of the Dead set from Second Sight. Had to break $100 pre-ordering that, but again, a top 5 favorite with a crap BD. Plus there is no US version coming.

I don't go over 25.00+tax. Sometimes you have to for Boutique/Import releases...they discriminate on my income I have like 700+ Physical releases so I don't have a meltdown just watch something in my collection there's always something I can rewatch I've been collecting for over 25 years...I'm not as old as some people on these boards. Netflix helps me buy less when I need a new show/movie fix.

Excluding a certain Ridley Scott film, I think the most I've spent on an individual title is £80 on the Dawn of the Dead set.

Oh gosh, forgot about that, yes that's the most expensive by far. I paid for it when it was slightly reduced (around 12000 yen), but even so with shipping was around $110~120. By far the most I've paid. I love that movie though.

THIS, in terms of a set that includes multiple cuts different enough that the Argento cut almost feels like a second film .....And around $62 for Second Sight's LE edition of the VVitch, which is about the same I also just peeled for Severin's LE set for Four Flies on Grey Velvet, inclusive of shipping/tax etc.
