I watched bits and pieces of this movie from the projection booth when I worked at a movie theater. When it was out, I didn't "GET" the movie enough to consider it to be all that great.

It was on one of the HD premium cable channels this weekend and I caught part of it and my interest in it has grown considerably with time.

I hope it eventually gets a good 4K/HDR upgrade and is released, because I'd like to watch it in all its glory.

Especially since the current USA Blu-ray is based upon a 4K remaster. This movie deserves being on a BD100.

I'd like to revisit the film. I saw it the weekend it opened but not again since then.

Yeah, I would totally love this. One of my most wanted releases for UHD.

This film is a lot like Bram Stoker's Dracula for me in that I really don't care much for the male and female leads but I love the villain and supporting cast, and the sets/costumes alone make it worth watching. Would be day one for me.

I caved and watched this movie for the first time in a couple years. It was on the running list to abstain from watching while I waited for the UHD (or at least my OLED). But the longer this past 18 months gone the more I realize this film might not be coming soon...

Own the Miramax release, the 2011 (same transfer) one after Disney released the initial "remaster" that's referenced above as being struck from a 4K scan. So one imagines the scan exists and belongs to someone but Miramax appears to own the title (home video).

This film only keeps growing on me over time. Think it is Scorsese's best because of the mainstream portrayal of the times, and Day-Lewis with easily as good a performance as his Oscar winning ones. Maybe his best. I even can easily tolerate it's length -- Very much hoping Miramax libraries get licensed in the coming years. We need this great film on the best format.

I want all Scorsese on UHD, but this would definitely be in the bottom 5 if I put them in order of my priority.

Great movie. Hopefully makes it to 4K UHD. This was the 1st performance (that I recall) where Leo actually starts looking like a man. Gone is his baby face. DDL is as always superb.

I think of the not announced titles or titles that are in limbo for studio ownership reasons, this is one that I am most wanting to come to the format. Think I'm gonna have to watch the blu-ray again soon when my atmos receiver comes.

While yeah I want all my wishlist to eventually come. It's at the antsy stage of wanting it with this one... Give it to me!

I'm all antsy for this one, yet again. I watched it last year sometime. It looks good on OLED just w/ blu-ray. But just know how good it could look even still on 4K UHD.

I really hope this happens for 2020. As I understand it it's not been rumoured or on any retailer leak lists we've seen as yet for 2022.

Surely it will, though. I'm a giant fan of this. I know it's a wildly unpopular opinion but to me it is Scorsese's best film.

I really love this movie too, grows with every viewing. The only role I think is miscast and distracts from the film is Diaz's, but as a whole the film is solid.

Thankfully it has an already excellent remastered Blu-ray, I just hope one day I can see it in UHD perhaps.

Probably my favorite too. Really resonates with me. Also dig Silence and The Departed, and find myself wanting to watch them more, probably partly because I've played out Casino and Goodfellas so much over the decades.
