All the times I've been, I've never seen any such shop in central London. This is probably because Asian shop owners are too stingy to stock blu ray discs.
You're better off ordering them from Bollywood Blu ray (United Kingdom) as they're based in Reading (near London). |

Maybe there are some small pawn / mobile repair shops in the high street that sell few Bollywood Blu-rays. There are plenty of shops that sell illegal DVDs though.
I think there is one in Ilford lane but never been there. Maybe the is some store in Southall which is a Desi area. ![]() |

Is it still possible to buy DVDs or Blu-Rays in London for a decent price? I've spent 2 hours today walking in Southall (mainly around The Green and The Broadway) and I could only find 2 resellers with very little choice and barely anything interesting. Not to mention the prices, £15 minimum for a DVD and £20 minimum for a Blu-Ray (or £10 for a secondhand Blu-Ray).
I had a brief chat with one of them (Royal Collection) and he told me that there is very few demand nowadays, music still sells but movies are a pain to get rid of. Last edited by Magyalmar; 09-28-2019 at 09:19 PM. |

Most BDs of Bollywood films are region free, despite India being in the Region C zone as is Russia. There are some Indian Bollywood BDs locked to Region C, but those IIRC mostly consist of the few Disney India and Foxstar local productions that were put out on BD.
