It is put out by New Line, but I have not heard anything about it being released.

would be awesome if they were going to release this on BD. such an astoundingly silly movie... and yet it's so damned entertaining.

I felt that the trademark quote for this film was a bit contrived. Nonetheless, it was a quote only Samuel L. Jackson could have said. ^^;

I'd so get this on BD. I have the sdvd and the PQ on that one is one of the best dvd ever had. This on Blu would look sick.

also, i think the only people who make fun of the movie are people who ASSUME it is bad, and thus never saw it, etc. Guess what? It's GOOD! not specatcular, but it is filled with action, has a followable plot, and it is supposed to be stupid/funny! It does exactly what it is supposed to achieve. Hope it comes to blu.

I would be up for this title. I saw it on Sky Movies HD and it was hilarious. I thought I wouldn't like it, but it was really funny... The concept is way way too outrageous.

I thought the Guy getting an "extension" to his organ was a side splitter.

I found it funny, I dont think anyone took it seriously.

As mentioned above, the sddvd looked great, so a bd would be awesome!

I loved Snakes On a Plane ever since I saw the previews. I even bought the paperback. Can't wait for Snakes On a Plane II (or train or boat, whatever). This movie should look and sound great on Blu-Ray! The clear detailed 1080P display from Blu should make it appear as if all those snakes are busting out of your HDTVs! Sam Jackson rules!
