dammit I literally just ordered the Mondo steel from Zavvi. Oh well, that Mondo artwork is banging so I'll be ok lol.

First too early to tell, two a lot of older films haven't benefitted from the 4k treatment. Even the 90s films have been bare improvements. The film is at the best it's going to look.

Really annoyed every time a thread gets posted and this question is asked, not to mention this announcement came out of nowhere.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to ask it. I knew it wasn’t 4k. Just meaning if there’s no 4k and no benefit other than the packaging on this one I will likely just stick to what I have.

Same. I was able to skip this last Cinderella steel because no 4K and I already have the last metalpak which was a nice release. Maybe this will help the old Sleeping Beauty steels drop in price on eBay.

At this point you’re paying for a steel (if you missed out on it, which a lot of people did as Canada & UK were only countries to get releases)

Other than that with 3 bluray packages, its nothing more than a mere repackage but that is okay, Signature line has been mostly that.

I am more concerned about getting steels for the missing movies. Though didn’t care much for Sleeping Beauty and sold my (probably superior) canada steel

I already own those versions too but I'm a completist. I even have the Diamond Best Buy exclusive with that incredible lenticular slip.
