Wal-Mart Universal Classic Monsters 6-Movie Collection Steelbook (Walmart Exclusive)

Hey all,

My local Walmart is doing a media section refresh and saw this and the Ghostbusters 1/2 steelbook on the shelf. I did not try to buy it, I think they prematurely put it on the shelf's, probably won't ring up yet.

All 6 Universal Classic Monster movies in one standard steelbook for $39.96.

Happy hunting.

To each there own I guess.

I have all the bestbuy Alex Ross individual monster steelbooks.
BB exclusive Monsters: The Essential Collection (Alex Ross art) set.
Universal Classic Monsters: Complete 30-Film Collection.
And will still be picking up this steel at some point. But that's because I have issues. lol

I’m down for this. Heck, I already have several Uni-Monster sets from all over the globe.

Is it so hard to include 8 movies WITH digital codes? I would have been all over this, stacked discs and all.

I guess it’s harder to read the packaging than include codes.

I know this set includes digital, dummies, but it doesn't have all the movies, this set only includes six, unlike other sets that have the 8. :P

We all have our issues. If this were Godzilla, I might do the same.

Why didn't Walmart they put Phantom of the Opera in the damn collection ???

BB still never released Phantom of the Opera alone on its own steel. They did however have the 8 movie collection last year.

I now promote you from Captain Obvious to Major Obvious

Well I think we would all be guessing as to why (reasoning) they did not include Phantom. BB did the same when they released the individual alex ross steels.
