Need Help Choosing Gaming PC

Hello, I need some help choosing a gaming PC. I know almost nothing about computers these days, but need one for my son. He's still pretty young and only needs it for a couple games so I'm looking for something cheap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the list of games and their recommended system requirements, I'd like these games to be able to be played at max settings, or at least the recommended.
