Default Need Help Picking a device for TV Channel Guide

So I have no interest in DVR'ing or really streaming my live tv out (though both are plus if possible)

My main thing is I want a TV Based Channel guide for the OTA channels my Mohu Leaf picks up.

Through some quick research I came across the Channel Master Stream+. Now reviews are not great, but the reviews are mainly focusing on those features of which I have no care for such as the app selection. (I have a Roku 4K that I intend on keeping for this reason)

I just want to ensure I get a user friendly channel guide for everybody else.

Is there a better simpler options or is the best I can hope for?

I want the guide at the TV level, I don't want to be streaming the signal to the Roku or other device to get a guide for it's core use. I do not mind having that as an option, but I want the device to be providing the guide directly from the content from the Antenna.

Thanks for any help!
