PQ is only slightly better than SD, colors look washed out, not much detail visible especially in those landscape shots which is a shame as the snow would have looked great in good HD. As the BD is quite cheap I would recommend it to those who love the movie. Audio is decent, offering German and English audio with removable German subs.
