Where's Mary Jane? She was the best part of the movie.

It's a lovely steelbook but I can't see it being popular given the Sam Raimi films don't mean as much as they did to people now an MCU Spider-Man movie is due to come out.

Your kidding yourself if you truly believe that. A lot of people like the Raimi series (with the exception of the third film). This will sell out.

I like the Sam Raimi Spider-Man too. But now the MCU can use the character, it's not the definitive Spider-Man franchise anymore.

MCU Spidey isn't "definitive" just because he's in the MCU. Raimi's 1 and 2 are still the best Spidey movies we've ever had by a large margin.

Love all three of these but that price is just ridiculous in my opinion. £9.99 and I'd consider them.

He is considering the Sony/Marvel/Disney Spider-Man is being made by the company actually behind the Spider-Man comics, whereas Sony's Spider-Man was just Sony.

Looks pretty good, but I'll wait for a price drop on these. Don't think they'll sell out fast.

No real need for this once we get Spider-man: Homecoming because we will have the definitive Marvel version.

Yes, Raimi has done a great job and the first 2 Spideys are some of the best superhero movies we've seen so far along with Nolan's "The dark knight". The third one was not great because producers forced Raimi's hand to put Venom and it over charged the movie plots but it's still better than the 2 reboot craps with that poor dumb-ass version of spiderman. Maguire portrayed a really great Peter Parker. What we've seen so far of the new Spidey is good but let see if the Marvel's new movie will be as good as the Raimi ones before saying anything. Being in the MCU universe doesn't mean being great ! Look at Iron man 2 or the first Thor that were real failures. Or even Hulk that already has 2 movies and not one of them was able to deliver the goods (the second one could have if not for that stupid video game fight between green pixels and grey pixels).

The Incredible Hulk is a hard one for them to get right because if you show too much of Hulk you lose the human side, but if you show too much of Bruce Banner you don't get enough of the action that Hulk delivers and people want to see. It's a balancing act made harder by the fact that when Bruce Banner is Hulk his speech is either extremely simple ('HULK SMASH!') or just a bunch of grunts.

Any word on when this(and parts 2 and 3 for that matter) will go live?
