Yes the blu-ray.com review mentions it's the same 4K scan as Criterion. Watched it last night, don't have Criterion to compare it to but it looked really clean.

The Criterion is absolutely not from a 4K scan.

It could sue a new 4K scan for sure, but the current one done 10 years ago still looks decent.

Weird, since the review mentions nothing of the sort about it being a 4K scan, which it is not.

And nowhere in the review does it state that the imprint or Criterion transfer is from a 4K scan.

The master is a 2k scan of the IP, which is literally what Criterion already released 10 years ago.
