exactly... it´s only allowed to be sold in stores that minors are not allowed to enter and is on the same level as porn..
which nobody ever would state is "banned".. you just cannot put it on the shelves in your local corner store...
so practically every video store (there´s still a few around.. but prolly sell more now then they´d rent out) is allowed to sell those as well as any online stores which do some sort of age/ID check
