(Note: these are my favorites. "best" is purely subjective.)

The Bond series, of course. I've seen every film more than once, and love them all.

The Scream series. Every film in this franchise is entertaining. Can't wait for SCREAM VI!

The Mission: Impossible films are all winners.

Sergio Leone's Dollars trilogy.

Friday the 13th. First 8 are pretty consistent and very rewatchable. After that, it gets shaky. Also there's a high amount of nudity.

I didn't include actor series, even if by stretching it a bit actors playing the same persona in different film could be seen as one (Chaplin as the Tramp, Bud Spencer and Terence Hill, and many more).

Visconti's German Trilogy
Disney Princesses movies
The Thin Man Series

In the favorites category, will mention the Pink Panther series as well esp. for the excellent performances of Sellers and Lom, along with the memorable score.
