Blu-ray player leaving filmy dots and dust

Ive had this happen on every new blu ray ive put in, even for a bit. Not sure if something got in there, as the player didnt always do that. Now i have to wipe down each disc after watching with a microfiber cloth for like 10-15 min as the dust dots smear so i have to rub harder to get them out. Ive used a player dvd with the brushes, and doesnt seem to work. I figured whatever crap was in there wouldve filtered out but its done it over and over. Anyone?
