Default Please help me over at dbstalk.com

The HD DVD fud is so thick it makes me sick. Recent quote:
The HD-DVD standards were the best and most user friendly from the start. Blu-Ray 2.0 will finally bring Blu-Ray to the point HD-DVD has been all this time.
As for speculation that Blu-Ray movies didn't look good because they were converts of HD-DVD movies...thats pure garbage. The movie with full soundtracks does not eat 15 GB worth of data. That extra space on the Blu-Ray disc is just that, extra space. HD-DVD movies look better because their spec is better and their encoding practice is better(easier). No lockdowns and no security features not only helps in creating the movie discs, but also in the playback of those movies.
OMG, its ridiculous. Login in and start beating some these idiots down.

I would but, what's the point. It's over. Let them waste money on obsolete technology. Later on you can point and laugh. Besides i don't feel like making an account over there. Maybe someone else will feel up to it. I have been there lurking and have notice it before.

Don't bother. Just let them be ignorant. It's fun to point and laugh.

Yes... it helps in the playback of those movies on the computer screens of millions of Chinese movie pirates. Good job, HD-DVD. Way to protect your studio supporters there.

It is not over yet, Paramount, Universal and Toshiba are still fighting, and there are lots of unaware people who will eventually buy HD DVD products.
What we need is to spread information, particularly to retailers as they are the ones who will finish this.
