I made this thread based on a poster suggesting it after I had done a overrated actors thread. The actor I have always loved most but never heard much acclaim on is Gary Oldman even though I have seen him in many movies. I love how he has had such a strange range of characters. The 1st Time I saw him was in Dracula, then True Romance as that Drexel guy and I wouldn't have known he played Dracula or Drexel unless someone had told me. Then his awkward character in The 5th Element. I like him 2nd most in the Potter series. But the movie that I didn't like his character in but loved his acting the most in and I really took notice to him was when he played the bad D.E.A agent in The Professional. He stood out to me so much in that movie. Another actor that I love to watch is Liam Neesan.

One of the best Actresses from my favourite comedy show of all time..Will & Grace. She played the nutter perfectly and had me in stitches. So unfair it ended as it did. ![]() I'll say Trevor Eve to begin with. |

Dark Angel was one of my favorite shows back when it was airing. I was hoping so bad that it came back after it's cancellation. I still have season 1 and 2. Man they could have done so much more with just one more season. I liked Jensen in the show very much. I'm glad he and Alba went on to become bigger stars.

I second Cillian Murphy, he's wonderful!
Timothy Olyphant (Been around awhile and still doesn't get as much recognition as he should) Hugh Jackman (He's an A Lister, but he gets no respect for his serious films) Rutger Hauer (Very underused) Chris Pine (He is pretty versatile and has made some excellent Indie films. He gets a lot of crap from fanboys due to his take on Kirk, but I liked it and thought what he brought to the film helped carried it) Which brings me to... Karl Urban (LOTR, Doom, nothing for a period, and becomes the famous McCoy. He was great in it but still hasn't had any other mainstream success. Not sure how the new JD movie will work out for him..) Jennifer Carpenter (She can be funny and she can be in dramatic roles) |
