How long does Universal Customer service take? Digital code didn't work - Blu-ray Forum

I got Us 4K and according to Movies Anywhere the code was already redeemed, which is weird because I bought it brand new from Amazon with plastic wrap and everything. I was planning on watching the movie digitally tonight but I can't and don't want to pay ten dollars for it again.

Does anyone know how long it takes for Universal to respond to this form?

Call them if there is a number. Email is a waste of time.

They will contact you back but it does usually take a day or 2. With Thanksgiving almost being here it may take a little longer.
