Smile Thanks Blu-ray.com

I wanted to take this time to say thanks to the Blu-Ray.com Team, the Mods, the Insiders, and other Members. I have been an avid reader of these forums weeks after getting my hands on the PS3 the first week of it release back in November of 2006. I finally decided to register because I wanted to acknowledge that with all of your help I have been able to exchange the original Fifth Element Blu Ray for the remastered version, got myself the corrected POTC disc, saved a butt load of money at Best Buy, Amazon, etc. and have become, a way more knowledgable person when it comes to Blu Ray. I have shared many views with others who have been shopping for the best HD Format, and have steered many down the righteous path of Blu ray. Although I cannot hold Blu-ray.com responsible for my many nights of waiting online till the wee hours of the morning to see if any of the insiders had posted anything weeks before the WB announcement, I wanted to give much Kudos and Thanks to Everyone.

Another Proud Blu Ray Owner!

LMAO! Are you sure about that? I wouldn't have spent 20% of what I have had I not been aware of all of the deals. If anything, for me, I SPENT a butt load of money at Best Buy, Amazon, etc. because of the site. Nevertheless, I still appreciate the site beyond the limitations of spoken/typed words.

LMAO, yeah I know what you mean Petra, Anymore of my spending on blu rays will have me put on restriction with the wife. Although she did mention to me about a bunch of titles on the Amazon deal...hmmmm may be able to get her to agree that we need another 8-10 moves.

Yeah, there definitely is an addiction factor attached to this website (I have no idea why, it's just so good)

I've recently lowered the amount of time I spend on this website (a good portion of what I do online!) in order to take on a few more useful things (like watching more movies ) but I will always remember this website, FAR after blu-ray is superseeded by whatever comes next. It will be a sweet memory forever. I've never been so active on a forum before, and this is a REAL community, with a REAL shared passion and a good sense of humor as well!

Blu-ray.com cures cancer.

(No, really... see: Folding@Home.)

In all seriousness, I use my laptop a lot, but I am always very good at keeping an eye on my surroundings, seeing that the kids don't flush one another down the toilet, and making sure helli3yte isn't lighting up again. Whenever I completely tone out, tho, the wife knows I'm on this site.

I love this place too! Found a way to pre-spend my tax money coming at the end of the month on a TV and receiver! I haven't found anywhere better to research what I should get then this place. I feel confident in what I am going to be purchasing, and I can't wait til I get them so I can truly enjoy blu-ray the way it is meant to be seen.

So thanks!
