Based on the info, the releases are SDR. The main focus seems to be on proper 4K masters and high-quality limited editions. Things like HDR10 or Dolby Vision are optional and not the priority here, it's more about getting a solid transfer and presentation rather than chasing every format spec.

Chasing the format spec is the whole point.

Especially when deluxe US versions are already out with high dynamic range.

If it’s SDR they need to be specific. It’s their first 4K releases and not everyone is sold on it with a poster.

Anyone seen these yet? Curious if Flesh for Frankentein has toned down the excessive saturation levels of the VS release (even the corrected disc is way too hot), or if Dracula may have better compression than Severin.
