The MARTIAN: Extended Edition - anyone able to redeem in 4K?

I have The Martian: Extended Edition 4K purchased thanksgiving 2018, and 4ksheets is asking me to look for a number 2358535EUV on the code slip, but there’s no number to be found, either that or I just don’t know where exactly to look.

I scanned the QR code and it shows code is valid on foxredeem, but it’s asking me to pick where I want to redeem it: iTunes or Vudu. I normally pick iTunes but they don’t have the extended version, so I don’t know what would happen if I redeemed a title that iTunes doesn’t have a copy of in their library. While Vudu has burned me with HD before.

Anyone actually able to get this redeemed in 4K and where did you redeem it, thanks.
