Which body of work do you prefer? I feel Tarantino is more consistent but even Pulp Fiction can't touch Apocalypse Now, The Godfather and The Godfather: Part II.

If Coppola had stopped at Apocalypse Now, he'd probably be my choice. The only film of his post Apocalypse Now I love is Bram Stoker's Dracula. Taranatino is the most consistent director that I can think of and I love all of his films and honestly, he just keeps getting better.

God damn did Coppola own the 70's though. Godfather 1 and 2, The Conversation, and Apocalypse Now are pretty much perfect films.

I can think of 4 Coppola movies I like and they all came out in the 70s. I like every single Tarantino film.
