Koller: 50 to 60 percent of PSP lineup to be announced at E3

GS: So is the PSP's increasing market share one of the reasons behind last month's flurry of PSP software announcements?

JK: Well, it's certainly related to this announcement. Corporately from a financial standpoint, the PSP has been a high-growth, high-margin product for us. It has, as I mentioned, allowed the PS2 price to drop, and we've had some flexibility.

The many announcements we made on the software side for PSP were inclusive of that tremendous sales growth that we've seen on PSP. But they were also representative of the fact that we went out and talked to publishers about what sells best on PSP and how to craft their business model accordingly. Many of them had taken a bit of a scattershot approach and done a lot of ports and titles that just weren't going to sell very well on PSP. And we had looked at the success we've been having on first-party and said, "Let's make sure we share a little bit here." That's where the publishers were able to launch what you've seen so far, although there's a lot more to come on PSP.

Over half of the PSP's 2009 titles haven't even been announced yet.

GS: Oh, yeah? Can we expect some major announcements on that relatively soon?

JK: There's a lot of announcements coming up to E3 and particularly at E3. There's probably 50-60 percent of the lineup for the year that has not been announced and there's some big titles coming. So there's a lot of excitement on PSP.

DMC would be cool (they even announced it)
RE would be awesome, a RE Outbreak in the veins of MH could be huge.

Capcom is really dropping the ball by only supporting the PSP with MH games....

i'm expecting some pretty awesome announcements since we've already had some pretty high profile announcements recently.

A-class RPG titles. Also it was rumored Red Dawn is working on another GoW, hope thats true.

Here's my biggest PSP unannounced game hopes:

- GT Mobile with interactivity between GT5, imagine if some cars you have to unlock in GT5 and then transfer it in order to play it in GT Mobile and some other cars you have to unlock in GT Mobile before you can play it in GT5.
- GTA SAS - put the effort this time R*, they put more effort into CW than LCS or VCS and from the discussions on GAF CW might've cost them more to make and is not guaranteed to sell more
- Elder Scroll Traveller: Another game announced long ago....hopefully with this new slew of titles it'll be revived to coincide with the released of Elder Scroll V. I'd also take a Fallout game from them.
- Bioshock or System Shock
- Sly Cooper, Hot Shots Tennis
- SE RPG remakes like the DS is getting
- Resident Evil, Onimusha, DMC, anything from Capcom besides MH
- MGS PO2 with improvements

Other big name franchises would be good, more original games like Patapon is welcome too and if PSP4k is touchscreen I would like to see a Layton game from L5 on it.

I want that one also, but gave up on it a long time ago. I would also like a GT mobile.
