I've noticed that there is a difference between the owned titles list on the app vs the website. The My Movies App lists:
4K: 368 Whilst the website has fewer: 4K: 363 I've managed to locate one of the missing 5 titles as being 'Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk', which shows as owned on the app, but when I follow the link through to the page the website then gives me the option of adding it to my collection. It also doesn't show if I browse my collection from the website. I'll try and figure out the other four, but does anyone have an idea on what could be happening here? Anything I can quickly do to reconcile the two? Edit: I found a refresh button on the app - which I hoped might sort the issue, but the numbers have been reduced to match the website. Billy Lynn is now missing from the list and I'm going to have to find out what the other 4 where! grrr argh. Last edited by maphisto_2000; 01-05-2020 at 01:50 PM. Reason: Update |
