Default Best Budget Player in Europe?

I would like to own a region B BD player, so I am thinking about importing a UHD player from the UK (or somewhere else is Europe perhaps).

There are budget players starting at 120 pounds, but these do no support Dolby Vision, which is something I want since my Xbox One can't do it. What's the best deal on a player that will support DV and HDR10+?

Thinking about this one, but is it true that it doesn't have wifi?

I recently bought this player after considering the 820. Its played every 4k/blu ray flawless so I'm really happy with it. Didn't even realise it wasn't WiFi, as I hard wire everything.
It has no streaming apps, so isn't a big deal, for me anyway.

Remember that you may need an adapter as European plugs often have different prongs to meet those countries specific electrical outlets.

The 'prongs' are definitely different. Not sure about voltage side of things, it's 240 in the UK
