Excellent news! Here’s to hoping it includes the extended cut as well.

If it only includes the theatrical cut it will be important to have both the Arrow edition and Universal 4K Edition.

Hopefully it looks better than the other steelbook slated for international release...

I am mildly concerned I've been bit by the steelbook bug again. Need to have more $$$ in my life to act on it, though

Nice Day for 1 me. Already have the DE Steelbook and the Arrow Release. Waterworld was my first DVD back in 1998.

One of my least favorite movies ever. I don't hate it, I sort of enjoyed it when I first watched it, but I just think it was kind of boring and forgettable. That being said, a nice looking steel might persuade me to give it another chance.

It was extremely forgettable.

However, I remember it being okay at the time -- better than what the critics would have you believe.

This is one of those movies I am fine with dipping again on. Awesome movie even if it's campy and absurd at times. Still a good fun ride, I did get the Arrow release but I don't mind getting this steelbook only to go alongside with it.

I wasn’t expecting much but I’m kinda alright with it. I’m probably not going to bite after getting the Arrow release but IMO it’s not too bad.
