Holy frick, yes!!!

I had this on my wishlist but never expected we’d get 4K, I was assuming they’d only do HD (if they even did a disc release at all). Hopefully they drop this before season two comes out so that my rewatch of Season 1 can be on 4K disc!

Yes, though I believe in HDR too if you have the 4K plan.

That's another win for media preservation, hope gkids gets the rights to klaus or nimona next. This is the first time a boutique label releases a show on 4k correct? Wonder if shout will release the chucky series on 4k to go ahead and have all chucky media on 4k blu ray.

Just watched this for the first time 6 weeks ago, and was blown away.
Then, I recommended my friends watch it.
One of them did last week. He thanked me for the recommendation, and can't wait for November now.

I'm stoked. I want to own this on physical media so bad, I was willing to just get a blu-ray if they had it some day.

Bring on season 2!

Hopefully this bodes well for a physical release of Cyberpunk as well (also from GKIDS?) I've not seen Arcane, but I'll probably pick this up.

This is fantastic news, I am very very glad to hear. Here's hoping Nimona gets a 4K release at some point, too. It really looks like their type of movie.

Will absolutely be grabbing this. Probably going to be a 4K upscale with HDR, but it's going to look fantastic!
IIRC, Netflix doesn't mandate 4k across the board for their animated originals so I don't think many bother.
