Cusack, Platt, and Thornton are excellent in this. Also one of the few films that is set in my home town of Wichita, Ks. (Although it obviously not filmed there, as I didn't recognize any of the settings as being actual locations in the city of Wichita. Kind of like Planes, Trains, and Automobiles which had a scene supposedly at the Wichita Municipal Airport which had mountains in the background...)

Great film. Highly recommended.

Been waiting on this one. This reminds me of The Snow Walker, Factotum, The Weather Man, The Cooler and Winter Passing, all of which I remember watching around the same time and all of which have no blu releases

Both The Weather Man and The Cooler need blu ray releases. It's still too bad that Cage took a left with The Wicker Man and has rarely found his footing since.

I generally still watch Cage’s films just because I like him. Every once in a while he will find a decent enough script and director to put in a solid performance. I thought he was good in the recent film, The Looking Glass. But I guess when you are working to pay off debt, it doesn’t really bode well for good work.

I ordered mine from specially from Diabolik, and it has shipped. I ordered Interpreter, Ice Harvest, Gingerbread Man, and the Chamber. The Chamber is the only one that has not shipped, and the KL Insider stated it's due to replicator issues.
