Never read any of his comics but I've found the MCU character lackluster. I might give it a watch eventually but I'm not going to be in a hurry.

I would kind of like a show set between end of Winter Solider and start of IW, where it shows him hunting Hydra and rebuilding a team, would not really be SHIELD per se.

Dunno what kind of vibe they're going for, but this right here is a golden opportunity to bring Coulson back into the wider MCU, or even properly introduce Daisy.

I really wish Marvel Studios would get all of the OTHER D+ shows they've announced into production before starting this but I wouldn't be surprised if they put this on the fast track. SLJ ain't getting any younger.
