Halloween Ends - Blu-ray Question (SF Studios)

Hi!

I'm from Brazil and I'm thinking about buying the Finland steelbook Blu-ray + 4K set of Halloween Ends (the UPC is 7333018025035). I just plan to use the Blu-ray, since I don't have a 4K player.

It was released by SF Studios and I was wondering if anyone that owns this Blu-ray can help me clarifying these things:

1) Does the Blu-ray include all the bonus features? The back cover doesn't say anything about it, but I've heard that if you select "english" on the main menu all the extras appear. Can anyone confirm that this thing happens on the Blu-ray?

2) Is the Blu-ray region free?

3) Does the Blu-ray include english subtitles?

I am also interested in finding out if the Scandinavian bluray of this contains English subtitles.

1. No Extras on the blu-ray disc. Only the Movie.
2. Play fines in both Region A and B
3. Yes. English SDH
