Default Help Identifying A Song

Hey guys. Could really use your help on this one.
Know it's a long shot, but I literally have no idea where else to turn.
Have possibly an impossible task of locating a single song with maybe five lyrics total.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. 🙏
This earworm will drive me insane if I don't find it soon.
Tried humming to SoundHound, tried tapping the rhythm, what feels like a thousand keyword combinations. No luck.

So I think the genre is contemporary R&B? To be honest, not certain as it's still a relatively new genre to my norms.
A former friend of mine got me hooked on it and Dennis Lloyd's "Playa (Say That)" at the same time around November 2019. No idea if the song came out around each other or if it's even the correct year.

The only lyrics I remember are "tonight tonight" repeated a few times at the end of a verse. And either "scream and f*ing fight" or "scream and f* all night" something along those lines:

scream and f* all night
tonight tonight

And it's like high, lower, lower, lower, low - repeat
⬆⬇⬇⬇⬇ _ ⬆⬇⬇⬇⬇ _ ⬆⬇⬇⬇⬇_ ⬇to⬆night ⬇to⬆nigh
through the whole thing

Sorry that's all I have to go on.
