Is Bluray pre-order digital early access still a thing?

I remember Walmart used to do a thing where they would have preorder cards on the shelves for movies where if you purchased the preorder for the physical copy you would be given early access to the digital copy right away. Does anybody know if thats still a thing? And if so, where is that available?

I’d like to preorder some movies but lately I’m getting peeved that they are delaying the physical media releases longer to get digital sales up. I won’t “buy” digital because I intend to buy the physical copy which would include the digital copy so I refuse to buy the movie twice lol.
