Inquiry about D-Day Remembered film collection

Got mine today from Amazon.com, It was not brand New (as it was listed to be). Turned out it was repackaged. The documentation (Cards / Production stills) & D-Day map are missing.

Contacted Amazon.com vendor for replacement, vendor requires to use UPS for free return but due to my location in the mountains of Southern Alberta that is a 2-3 hour drive.

So I'll have to return the product though Canada Post at my own expense, which turns out to be almost the same as the cost of the item in the first place. Therefore I am going to just bite the bullet and buy it again from them, but before I do I just was hoping to find out if someone knows for sure if this release carries the Remastered Patton or the original version?
