Somewhat surprised that this is getting released by Severin before Le Chat Qui Fume, and I'm wondering if this release is using their restoration and it's some sort of joint release deal. In any case, this is vintage René Chateau sleaze.

I just saw this, and I must say the movie is entertaining and memorable despite having the very open ending which apparently did not get a sequel? Surprised this movie got 0 attention here

What's wrong with them? Out of sync or just dodgy grammar and what not?

There are some parts where there is no dialogue and subtitles appear (like the scene with the lady leaving the clinic,talking with the doctor).

Is the Severin from a different source? Is the French soundtrack the primary one (yes, I know it is a French film, but it has an international cast)? I see LCQF doesn't have English subs.

Watched the Severin disc this morning. Looks excellent. Movie was okay. Seemed more about gore shocks than the voyeuristic eye candy I typically enjoy from Jess Franco. I guess Brigitte Lahaie actually performing a real BJ in the movie could have spiced it up a bit, if that's what the scene referred to is.

Very interesting. They both look good but, based on these, I think prefer the Severin grade. Lighting and colors look a bit more nuanced, like the red outline around the faces in this shot, for example: https://caps-a-holic.com/c.php?go=1&...95453&i=10&l=0

I know this was a couple years ago, but I find it funny that it claims to be in stock and ships now, yet the button reads unavailable.
