I want to buy a gift card for iTunes USA. I've found many online which isn't why I'm posting. The reason why I'm posting is because a friend of mine said in the US you can by preloaded visa card that have a billing address and these work with or might work with iTunes and allow me to setup a family share. Do they still exist? and if so Has anyone tried this? Thanks
