Cool Headphone apps: Windows Sonic vs Dolby Atmos Headphone vs DTS X Headphone

I got a weird question.

If the Dolby Atmos headphone app is meant for Dolby Atmos movies, and if the dtsx headphone app is meant for DTS movies, then why doesn't Xbox have an option for the soundtrack to keep likes with likes?

By the way with that mean that window Sonic is best with lpcm surround movies?

And also why don't they sell these apps on standalone Blu-ray players?

And what do you do if you have Dolby that is lower than at most like Dolby Digital 7.1, 5.1 or DTS 7.1, 5.1? I'm not sure if the Dolby Atmos headphone app or the dtsx headphone app deal correctly with these lower dolby's and dts's.

Has anyone run a test on these headphone apps? Is the correct answer probably keep likes with likes?

By the way I'm in I'm judging based on directional fidelity, or di-fi, not a traditional hi-fi definition. We're talking about stuff that gives you a play a gameplay advantage but in a movie sounds like realistic directions.
