Wasn't there a Sammo movie from the 70's (?) with the same title? Just wondered if this was a remake but it doesn't sound like it reading the synopsis.

It's more loosly "inspired". I think it's more related to a popular ad he did a few years ago.

It's a fun film, not his strongest but I enjoyed it. Plus I thought the makeup was pretty good.

I own it. There are two making ofs and one trailer. All of the extras are hard-subbed in both English and Chinese. Plus it has 7.1 sound for more dynamic effect during the action scenes. I wonder how the English subs compare to the US bluray though. Do you happen to own that one?
