Lightbulb Albert Einstein Biopic.

Hey,

Quote:
Risky Business reports that Schiff will script the Albert Einstein biopic with a focus on “the twenty years of the famous scientist’s life leading up to his being awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921.” Schiff (Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps) will draw from the 2007 Walter Isaacson biography Einstein: His Life and Universe, though it won’t be a strict adaptation — Schiff plans on tapping into archived materials at Princeton and Hebrew University for inspiration.

I think Ben Kingsley would be great but I'd also like to see an unknown. And then there's this guy who's played him in a bunch of stuff, though I don't know anything about his acting

Could be interesting if done right. They should include ALL the important things in his life, not just the good stuff.

If they focus on the family, the title should be Albert Einstein: The Theory of Relativity

Couldn't help myself

It's also worth mentioning Albert Einstein was a total hack and troublemaker at general educated school, and also suffered a condition of Autism, yet has an IQ of some say above 220, maybe even higher.

I wonder if Shia LeBouf has been approached to play young Einstein - looks just like him!

Seriously, though. Why don't we have a proper Einstein biopic?

There is a long list of news headlines about children in various countries who reportedly have higher IQs than Albert Einstein, the theoretical physicist whose ideas altered humanity’s conception of reality and led to numerous inventions, from television to lasers.

The problem is, nobody really can say for sure what Einstein’s IQ was. There’s no indication that he ever was tested. Indeed, IQ testing was still in its beginning stages in the early 1900s, when Einstein first emerged as a scientific luminary. Since then, the tests have evolved significantly. The maximum IQ score assigned by the WAIS-IV, a commonly-used test today, is 160. A score of 135 or above puts a person in the 99th percentile of the population. News articles often put Einstein’s IQ at 160, though it’s unclear what that estimate is based upon.

“If you google ‘Einstein's IQ’ you get plenty of results, but nothing that I would consider credible,” says Dean Keith Simonton, a professor emeritus of psychology at the University of California, Davis and author of The Genius Checklist: Nine Paradoxical Tips on How You Can Become a Creative Genius.
