Film Masters will be releasing the pre-code film The Emperor Jones (1933), which stars Paul Robeson, in Limited Edition Blu-ray release on February 25th. It includes a number of extras including a commentary track, a 2nd film, add a documentary on Robeson.

Based on Eugene O'Neill's Expressionistic play, the film stars Paul Robeson in the same role he played on the Broadway stage. Brutus Jones is an unforgettable character, and The Emperor Jones is an American classic! This version includes the rare, blue-tinted reel.

This is down to just $5.99 at Amazon. The PQ doesn't look good, but sounds like the extras alone are worth it, so I'll pick it up.
