Have done a thread search in DVD Movies and couldn't find an existing thread for the label MPI Home Video (had in my head there was a thread already).

Off the top of my head, have got their DVD sets of the Charles Bronson-starring series Man with a Movie Camera and the detective drama series The Big Easy (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they released both of those series).

Fast-forwarding to the present, and a fellow forum member let me know about a North American DVD release of an anthology series called Code 3 (which I'd asked them about). It was released last month (on July 20th).

Another anthology series, Dangerous Assignment, is due for release by MPI Home Video on Tuesday September 7th (source: Amazon.com).

Since the starter post, it appears (correct me if I'm wrong), the complete series DVD release of Dangerous Assignment was removed from the schedule (since last autumn/fall, have checked Deep Discount's section for MPI Home Video and there has been no listing for Dangerous Assignment: The Complete Series).

While checking Deep Discount recently for forthcoming DVD and Blu-ray releases of older television series, in MPI Home Video's Coming Soon section was a listing each for the first two seasons of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet.

Can only find a DVD pre-order listing on Amazon.com for The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet: The Complete Season Two, which has a North American release date of Tuesday May 24th, 2022. Below is the Amazon.com DVD pre-order listing page, followed by front cover artwork for the set:

The releases of MPI Home Video's DVD releases of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet: Seasons 11 and 12 have been pushed back to Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 (titles and their release dates are subject to change). Although the Blu-ray.com listing pages still have the old April 25th, 2023 release date, when you click on the "Pre-order Now" yellow button it shows the new release date on the Amazon.com DVD pre-order listing page.

Also, the Amazon.com and Deep Discount DVD pre-order listing pages now have the front cover artwork for both season sets.

Found out on Deep Discount earlier that MPI Home Video are releasing on DVD the last two seasons of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet in the States on Tuesday, July 25th, 2023.

Earlier on last week, I found out on Deep Discount that MPI Home Video's DVD releases of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet are both back on the release schedule with a release date of Tuesday, September 26th, 2023 (titles and release date are subject to change). Have found out in the past week that the release date for MPI Home Video's DVD releases of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet's last two seasons has been pushed back two weeks to Tuesday, October 10th.

I'm hoping that the boutique label have a physical media release of another older TV series in the works.

I was really bummed to see Dangerous Assignment was canceled, I'm a fan of the series, and there's only been (so far) that one single DVD release with 4 or 5 episodes on it.

MPI Home Video, following finishing releasing DVD season sets of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet this month (did notice though on Deep Discount that one of the last seasons was on backorder straight away after the pushed back release date earlier this month, while the other season was in stock on there), are releasing a complete series DVD boxset (which includes two bonus discs and a booklet) on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023 (title and it's release date are subject to change).

To date, have only purchased the Season One DVD set of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet. I was looking at maybe getting the complete series DVD boxset, but what are the chances of MPI Home Video doing a complete series Blu-ray boxset? They, like Film Chest have gone a bit quiet with older black and white television series.

Do MPI have a website where you can contact them? I don't know if they will answer the question, but it would be worth asking why the DVD release of Dangerous Assignment was cancelled. I watched the series when Talking Pictures TV repeated it all the way through last year (most of the episodes looked fine, with a few towards the end looking a bit rough). I enjoyed the 'what seemed like' improvised dialogue and Brian Donlevy was a very likeable lead (there were also different characters who gave Steve his assignment).
