Definitely going with the Steelbook. The one thing I didn't like about the standard was the poor imo artwork and this fixes that problem.

I watched this the other night to see if I wanted to pick this up, never saw this as a kid. The story and characters were really weak for me, but the animation was beautiful, and I found out its by Rankin/Bass. I really don't want to buy this, but the steelbook artwork is also beautiful. It would sadly not be the worst movie in my steelbook collection, lol.

I just tried to pre-order and once it was in cart it said Out of Stock. It doesn't say that on its product page. Only once you have it in your cart. So sick of Wal-Mart.

Do you have anything else in your Cart? I still had Madame Web and GB: Frozen Empire in mine. GB and Unicorn showed Out of Stock at the bottom until I removed Madame Web. Then they showed up to purchase and I was able to continue on...

Anybody else notice that the WM listing says it includes a Digital? That must be a typo, right? Shout has never had digital codes...

Yeah I was trying to pre-order Drive as well. I took it off then tried another steelbook pre-order and it did it again. Finally got it to work just pre-ordering Last Unicorn with some gummi candy to get the free shipping.

Any chances of this steel getting a general release months after, like Dragonheart and Weird Al's? Asking because as someone in Europe, getting from Walmart can be a little harder. Though I have friends who can pick it up anyway.

I think chances are good. Almost all of SF's steels seem to get wide releases eventually.

My copy of this came in yesterday and it is a beautiful steelbook. They did a really good job with the spot gloss. It really glimmers. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to pop in the 4K disc yet.
