Matt S Blu-ray Guru Member since:Apr 2008 Location:Texas. Muggy & Hot 24/7/365	Once on Ultimate Pass, you are not getting off it easily Hey all - not sure where to put this. Just off the phone with Xbox Live; Ultimate is cool but wanted to go back to regular Live. So, you have to wait until your Ultimate pass ends. Have auto-renewal off. You have to manual cancel it first, then switch to regular. 'Been with Live 14 years; apparently I am going to have to risk starting over to get back on regular Live Should not be this complicated.
