The Amazing Spider- Man it's my favourite Spider-Man film. I do also like the sequel as well.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Spider-Man's suit is the most perfect it's ever been, Electro is actually a cool villain, Rhino is pretty awesome for the short time he's in it and I liked the design of Goblin. Plus I do like Garfield's Parker. Emma Stone is always a plus as well.

The 2nd one. I was glad they adapted the Gwen death. Spidey's suit was the best one in all of the live-action movies by far. Overall it had a lot more interesting plot than part 1 and better action scenes too.

Neither are favorites of mine, but I'd go with the first. The second still has its moments, so don't want to get too down on it, but it's too all over the place.

If you want to see something closer to a regular spiderman movie than watch the first. If you want to see something unintentionally funny than watch the second.
