Rebooting Nielsen Thread - Blu-ray Forum

Posting a suggestion here to reboot the Nielson Weekly numbers thread. Pretty much the front page is useful, and the rest of it is just a mess.

We have also created additional threads for Nielson predictions, so predictions are no longer necessary in the main Nielson thread.

I just think that after 555 pages, the moderators might like to reboot it and start a new thread. I think such reboots have been done before.

This should clean up some of the information, and if predictions are directed to one of the other threads, it would make everything neater, and easier for others to get the straight facts.

I agree, that thread is getting pretty crazy. There are also alot of posts in there that are off topic.

My prediction is 55:45 that this will happen.

Somebody suggested that the bad post be flagged, so that the mods would move them or delete them.

Sure, we'll get right on that. I'm sure the mods would love that approach.

I think a reboot would be easier for all.

It might be better if the nielsen number thread is separated from the comments and prediction
