All 11 Love Comes Softly movies would be ideal on 4K Blu-ray or even standard Blu-ray

The Love Comes Softly 11 movie collection would be ideal movie collection to be released on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format or even the standard 1080P Blu-ray format. All 11 Love Comes Softly movies on the DVD format costs around $300, and the quality of most the DVD’s are poor when compared to what they could look like on Blu-ray. 10 of the movies were released on single layer DVD’s with only 1 of the movies being released on a dual layer DVD. While its true that all 11 movies are native 1.78:1, there were two of the movies that were only released in pan and scan 4:3 on DVD, where as all the other movies released on DVD have an anamorphic widescreen release. Many of the movies in the Love Comes Softly DVD series only has a lossy 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo soundtrack that is encoded with Dolby Prologic matrix surround sound (mono surround). Where as the later movies in the series have a lossy 5.1 Dolby Digital soundtrack.

If there was enough demand all 11 Love Comes Softly movies could be released in a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray boxset or a standard Blu-ray boxset with a new 4K or 1080P widescreen transfer and with 5.1 lossless audio. Since people are paying around $300 for low quality DVD versions of these movies, it would make sense that people would pay around the same price or more for high quality Blu-ray versions.
